Started with a phone call from the Hr department and they asked three questions.
1. Can you tell me a situation were you went over and above what was expected of you relating to customer service,
2. How would you describe the situation were you were a team leader and the outcome of that.
3. How much customer experience do you have and explain \

just a conversation with the HR team, asked the basic questions and nothing to stressful. they made the process very easy and the interview was actually truely with only one single person
5 minutes not even an interview just acceptance. I walked in and they said when can you start and if I can submit to a drug test and background check I said yes and left.

The interview process was a friendly and professional experience overall. The managers are nice and accommodating to students at least at this location as I was a current student at Oregon state university and needed to work around a college schedule.
