Applied on company website and was contacted by HR very quickly and scheduled a phone interview. Spoke with HR and it seemed like it went well. I was told that the information would be sent to the hiring manager and a decision would be made for next steps.

Entretien
Recruiter screening done first, then a phone interview, then flown in for a face to face interview with the various teams that would interact with this position. The teams included HR, technical teams, support teams, and the direct team that would be managed. The entire process was pretty standard. Home Depot was a good company to interview with and a solid place to work. Offer for salary and benefits was slightly above average for the IT market.
