i was recommended, i applied i was asked to interview took the interview, and my managerasked me some unreal questions that she was pretty much gonna not hire me from the gate cause she already knew my additude, but she had to go through the motions she is very young and in my opinion inexperienced

The interview process was very average to their competitors. They ask 4-6 questions and most are about managing a team and the environment you would expect to work in. I.E warehouse work and safety. Keep these things in mind when going into the interview.
