Entretien
The interview was cancelled three times and rescheduled by the store. When the interview finally did happen, the interviewer read three pre-printed questions off a piece of paper. When the phone interview happened I was told there were five open positions at the store when I interviewed at the store I was told there was one position covering five departments. And what they offered for that position covering five departments was a joke. Less than I was currently making at a part time job as a clerk with a tenth of the responsibility. Come On Home Depot do better.

Entretien
tipically you will be interviewed by an assistant manager. They will use standard behaviorial interview questions. They are far more concerned with your use of the proper buzz words when responding than whether or not you actually have the product knowlege needed to run the department you are applying for

Fairly painless. They ask predetermined questions from the company, and write down your answer as you talk.
The more specific you are during the questions the better you will do. If you can not think of a specific example, describe how you would handle the situation and always try to tie it back to the companies values of customer service, in-stock and store appearance. Also add in how you would inquire into the problem, respect the issue/person, solve the issue, and thank.
