Home Depot uses a weird computer/telephone process at first, to knock out as many candidates as possible. Then, months later, you might get a person on the phone from Atlanta, similarly knocking out candidates. Weeks later, you get called in for an in-person interview. Weeks later, you get called in for a "second interview" where you will get the offer. I was kept waiting for over an hour for my second interview with the Store Manager. I had to leave to go to a doctor's appointment. Another interview was scheduled, and once again, the guy kept me waiting for over an hour.
