Came in before the scheduled time and waited about 15 minutes before the manager finally came. Then during the course of the interview the manager left 4 times. A seven question interview took over an hour and a half. I sat in an empty room by myself longer than it took to do the actually interview. They don’t respect my time and are very unprofessional.

Met with HR manager and interview was pretty simple. Just went over experience and customer service questions. They usually want someone with experience for the job but it’s a good place to start as well if you’re looking to get into the industry. Training videos are provided but they are customer service heavy.

It was great and satisfying but the didn’t ask any questions about my technical skills. I thought that this could be the pivot point in the interview. I think this position requires more sales skills than creative skills.
