Both internal and external hires go through the same process. You will participate in a Retail Management Assesment, a testing session that include 3 written tests (financials, customer service, and leadership) as well as an interview.

Single interview with the store manager. Structured based interview that took anywhere from 30-50 minutes to complete. I did a total of 5 interviews for this position before accepting this one. One interview was a panel interview with multiple store managers. All questions were the same.

You will have to sit down with two store managers. They will then interview together and both ask you questions. They will decide together if you would be a good fit for the role. The interview packet is 7 pages long and has a role play section about difficult associate conversations.
