Initially they start with a 30 minute phone screening which is pretty standard. When the phone screening is passed they will send you an email to conduct a simulation in a call center to score high. It is easy for you if you are familiar with call centers. (the job itself is case management with administrative abilities) after you have the in person interview you are required to wait until an offer is made and you continue with the background check and drug screening. Training is pretty intense and everyone is so nice and you will love the benefits, however, this is Southern Corporate America. Demons can also smile and wear masks. First ,I was sent an assessment. If you pass the assessment then you got a phone interview. The third process with me interviewing in person. I received a job offer that same day. The job offer was rescinded the next week with no clear explanation. The recruiter apologized and asked was I open two other positions that started at a later date.It left a bad taste in my mouth with the inconsistency and unprofessionalism of such a major corporation!
