Karole was very kind and professional. She listened without interruption and took notes. She had very Interesting questions, gave examples of different events at the venue, & a brief job description. She informed me of pay rate, which I later found out others were not informed of their pay rate. She also asked if I was comfortable with staying until all the guests exited the building. She made the process very clear and was thoughtful enough to make sure this position was a great fit for me for a win-win goal. Most HR employees/managers from other companies only care about how to benefit the company but do not think about the employee's life during the interview. Karole was really great, very inviting, one of a kind!
