I had a series of 5 interviews with various members of the team. My first interview was with a panel to review my career aspirations. Then I met with a key team member that plays a similar role in the firm. I also met with one of the founders of the firm, they feel it is very important for new recruiters to met the founders to understand the direction of the firm. They really made sure that I was a good fit.
