I had a short phone interview with an HR representative for about 25 minutes. We spoke about my leadership experience, how I found out about the Hartford, and why I applied for the internship. Then I scheduled an in person meeting. This meeting included speaking with two managers from Middle Markets. Then I was interviewed by two executives. The in person interviews lasted a little over an hour.
