I was contacted by a hiring recruiter and was asked what type and how many applications I currently use at my work place. Told the recruiter I used 2 then was told that for the position I was applying for, 5-7 applications are used at once plus you have up to three people on the phone. I automatically knew right there and then that I would not be considered for a 1-1 interview with an actual hiring manager. Was informed that I would be be contacted the following Tuesday via phone or email and didn’t receive either. Was emailed with a rejection email 3 weeks later. It’s a shame because I know that I would have been a great asset to the company given the opportunity.

First a phone interview then a second interview with the hiring manager. In both interviews I felt comfortable like I was talking to someone I knew. The process was quick & smooth.
