I went through three interview rounds and was told by the Head of HR that the decision was between me and one other candidate. Then, a junior temporary interviewer mentioned she was meeting additional candidates, directly contradicting the colleague I have met few days before. After this, I waited 10 days with no updates, only to be informed through the recruiter that they chose someone else, without any feedback. The process was inconsistent, poorly coordinated, and disrespectful of candidates’ time.
