I applied for the position. I had a phone interview with HR. I had a scheduled virtual interview with 4 managers (30) minutes each. Once I passed those interviews, I interviewed with the Director. All interviews were thorough, friendly and professional. They want people are qualified with at least 3-5 years of adjuster experience, so you can get moving quickly in the position.
