Entretien
They will interview you and hire you then you wont hear back from them for a week. You’ll contact them for information and they treat you like your bothering them. Unless of course they need you really bad in which case they speed track you and stick you in a classroom right away with no knowledge of the children, families, or classroom dynamics.
Very responsive. Applied, interviewed and was hired within a week. Contacted on the same day I applied. Got to work in the classroom. Interviewed with both the recruiter and the Director.

Entretien
I met with the Director's Assistant first and then was called back for a second interview with the Director. I was then told offered the job, and told that I would have to do a Physical, Background Check and Drug Test.
