The interview process seemed relatively easy compared to other Jobs I have applied too. Questions were organic and easy to answer. The location seems like a chill environment to work in. I should have asked for a tour of the dispensary.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Green Solution (Denver, CO) en sept. 2014
Entretien
It seemed as if I was hired before I had the interview, and the interview was more a means of getting me to start drinking the company kool-aid. I was preached to about the company's ethics, and how they wanted to change the face of the cannabis industry. A lot of what I was told in the interview ended up being a lie (promotions every 3 months, only promoting from within, wanting people who are motivated to move ahead, etc), though I think I just came in at a bad time. I don't believe the interviewer intentionally lied to me, and I do think he believes in the company. Corporate positions with TGS are much better than retail ones, and if you are in the corporate office, you are much more shielded from the dirt that goes on in their stores and the real nature of this company.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I was not really asked any questions. It was more conversational with the interviewer (who is a really nice guy) talking to me about the company's vision and what sets them apart from other cannabis companies.
