There are multiple Goddard schools posting positions on Indeed. And it is easy to apply on trusted platform. They usually respond applications and schedule interview within two days, very efficient. School principal and director contacted me. Had two phone interviews.

How many years of experience do you have? If you are a new grad with not much experience, it is okay because a related degree can help.
I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

Entretien
It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
