I dropped off a resume in person. I was immediately scheduled for an interview with the owner after someone took a look at resume. Two days later, I was back in to meet one on one with owner. We talked about my background and the Goddard Method. I came from a Montessori background with has several commonalities with the Goddard Method. i then was set up to come back back in and meet with a panel for some questions on my methodology. 1 day later back for second interview. I was hired at the end of the week
