Easy, normal questions. Make sure you talk about positive reinforcements. No time outs. They like creativity and flexibility. Make sure you talk about everything you can bring to the table (including any hobbies you may have that can be helpful with the children - arts, yoga, music, etc.)

How would you handle a child that is not listening?
It was a difficult interview but I was happy to hear there feed back and it gave me valuable insight into there interview process. They were very professional and helpful to tell me how I could improve

Entretien
Short phone screen after application. Followed by longer phone interview about 30 mins with Director. Lastly an in person interview and time in classroom. Overall easy but being put into a classroom with no warning was a little surprising.
