Pros: Friendly interviewers, pleasant environment. Clean, pleasant classrooms.
Cons: They asked me to fill out a paper application right before the interview, which seemed tedious given that I filled out an application online.
Process:
-Email from the director scheduling the interview.
-interview with the director.
-Guest Lesson supervised by the education director in a classroom of preschoolers.

Received an email from the executive director with a list of questions(general questions such as experience, hours, availability, expected pay. At the end, your philosophy). After submitting my answers received another email to schedule an interview. Communication was on a very professional and respectful level.

Very quick process. I called on Monday to speak with the owner and schedule an interview. My interview took place on Wednesday morning. I received an official offer of employment letter via email on Friday morning. So it was a one week process.
