They called me and set up an interview within a week. They sit you down and ask you questions, then after they go over all of the QA standards and what is expected of you. They show you each of the rooms and introduce you to all the teachers.They have you watch a video if you accept the job and fill out a lot of paper work if you are signing a contract with them. They explain how the lessons work and what is expected of you

They gave me scenario questions. they also asked me my weakness and strengths
I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

Entretien
It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
