Starts with a video recorded screening where you are timed and recorded for each question and cannot redo the answers… take time before recording! Also if there’s a language requirement one of the questions may be in that language.
Following the screening you are given a case study one hour before the interview and you have exactly one hour to think about it. After that, you go into a panel interview and answer standard questions. After those questions you talk through your case study response. If you have two languages listed in CV, they may also quiz you in that additional language.
After that interview I was asked to submit a writing sample in the required language, and had 30 minutes to complete it.
This took place for about 1-2 weeks
