Full interview scheduled, immediate hire after giving availability and previous experience. The hiring manager gave me a brief run down of each position. I was offered the server position as I had morning availability. The interview was about 20 minutes and then they schedule a second orientation which is when you fill out all of your paper work and it is about an hour long.

Conversational, easy going, and offered job on the spot. I interviewed at a time that they were severely understaffed so I feel I was at a good position to get hired.

I was referred by a friend. I met with the manager and was hired as soon as I was available. Training was an on-going process as it is impossible to learn the majority of things until you are faced with them. You will shadow servers and gradually be worked in.
