I applied online and was called 2 days later for an interview with the Asst.Manager.During the interview she very nice and only asked me to tell me about myself and my experience.They were looking for someone that had good backroom experience which I have so she was really interested in that.She liked my conversation and asked me to come back a couple days later for a second interview with the store manager.The second interview was great very friendly asked about my experience in detail.No crazy what would you do questions just "tell me about yourself" and then talking about details of how to get there backroom in order. Very good interview open and honest.The store manager asked me what kind of pay I was looking for?That's when i knew the job was mine.
