Interview was great and direct. All my questions were answered. This is a hybrid between financial planning and negotiations. So commission is a part of the job. So there for anyone applying just keep that aspect in mind, if you have no experience with a commission environment then do your homework.

Few interviews with different people. Smooth and easy process. Clear and concise on what they are looking for in a potential employee and good on explaining the day to day operations of what goes on in the office and how your day can go.
