Initial application, followed by a work sample request and then face-to-face interview with the hiring manager where they described the scope of the role in further detail. The interview was pleasant and easy-going, but they didn't ask any in-depth questions about me or my work experience and ghosted me afterward. After getting through the initial screening, providing work samples and engaging in a direct interview with the hiring manager, I thought I would be given the bare minimum courtesy of being told the Museum was moving forward with other candidates. This must've been too much to ask. Despite multiple thank you and follow-up emails, I never heard back. Felt pretty discourteous.
