Entretien
Initially you are required to take a test on a home computer. It doesn't have anything to do with the company just tests your quickness in thinking. Afterward you have a face to face talk with the recruiter about the position and how things work. Finally I had a interview with the Controller of the specific branch who was extremely nice and asked many behavioral based questions.

Entretien
Neither interviewer were prepared. They were late in arriving and had no idea what to ask or what the position entailed. Both were very uncomfortable during the whole process.
