It’s very fun and relaxed, if you have a customer service smile, laugh and enthusiasm you’ll do fine! It was a video interview with all the managers but I only spoke with one for the entire interview.

Quick 15-minutes phone interview with HQ office (asked general questions about availability, hours, what I was looking for), then invited back for an in person interview with the store managers (more behavior/situational questions)
