The interview process is nothing too intimidating. The questions are geared towards understanding you as an individual, your personality, and goals. Come prepared with a positive attitude. If you do not like to work with customers or have a negative perspective, you probably won't get the job.

You usually go through a phone screening, interview with a manager and then a final interview with a region leader. It’s not super lengthy if they are hiring quickly, but you talk to a lot of people

I had 3 interviews. A zoom interview with an assistant manager, an in-store interview with a general manager, and zoom interview with the district manager. In general they asked me customer-service oriented questions.
