J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Emirates Group
Entretien
Advertisement had all the details, expectations, the HR played a minimal role, the decisions are with the line and technical / domain heads. The process is detailed and had multiple steps and that helped bring out what we missed earlier giving enough opportunity to showcase experience and strengths you possess. But again, it comes down to the people across you on the day.

I was contacted by HR 2 months after initially applying speculatively.
I was given an hour to write a presentation from scratch and figure out my responses to questions on a very challenging brief.
After emailing my deck over, I had a Skype/telephone interview with my potential line managers.
The questions were very challenging and about how I'd respond in hypothetical scenarios.

Entretien
The initial interview was conducted by a job agency for short listing purposes. Once I got through from the first round, There was an interview round with a Senior Project Manager. He initially assessed the experience and the size of the projects I have handled then recommended me for the next round. During the next round I have given a situation study where I had to deliver a presentation to a panel consisting of Senior Project Managers and HR executives.
