Apply online (optional), attend walk-in Open Day with several hundred other wannabes, sit through half a day of talks and open Q&A, submit application in person, followed by several elimination rounds in the same day or on another day, and finally 1-1 interview. It can start from 50 to 300 wannabes to perhaps 10 shortlisted for the final 1-1 interview. Be on your best grooming, sincere genuine smile. You will get through the interviews if you: can speak more than 1 language, lived in another country.

At least 5 questions related to customer experience and team work. For example: Describe a situation where you had to correct a team member, Describe a situation where you had difficulty working with a team.

They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview

Cv submissions during open day, followed by personal introduction. 50% people were eliminated in that round. Then came height check, then group discussion and the next day was a final personal interview with the panel. Questions asked:

Took couple of rounds in person. English test, group assesment and also online personality test. Great experience, took a few months and joined within 1 year of applying. Personality test took 2hrs
