Went to the Open Day in Toronto on Sept 24 - around 250 people showed up and I expected to watch the presentations first, as that's what most people go through on the OD but instead we had our mini interviews right away. I was asked only two questions, and was with the recruiter for about 25 seconds. I was cut after this first part.

They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview

Cv submissions during open day, followed by personal introduction. 50% people were eliminated in that round. Then came height check, then group discussion and the next day was a final personal interview with the panel. Questions asked:

Took couple of rounds in person. English test, group assesment and also online personality test. Great experience, took a few months and joined within 1 year of applying. Personality test took 2hrs
