They have you go through a long process and interview with a lot of different people as well as create a mock video that they suggest edits for so you need to go through multiple passes at it.

Before getting an official interview, I had to do an edit test, which required me to find and source my own story, interview, footage, music, and graphics. In addition, they also asked for my salary requirements/day rate. I worked really hard on the video for them to not even look at it and automatically tell me that they were not going to proceed with me at that time. I think they got held up on my day rate (which was in line with other similar clients I have worked with in the past) and eliminated me from the interview process right off the bat. I just wish they would have told me that from the start before I dedicated a huge chunk of time to create an original video for them as an editing test.
