3 step interview process.
Interviewed by executive chef of restaurant. Very pleasant individual and a straight forward interview (ex. why would I like to work there/for him and behavioral questions)
2nd stage: Interviewed by corporate executive chefs. Good interviewer/Bad Interviewer. Interview question more in depth then first.
3rd interview: Cooking test. 3 proteins. Show case culinary skills
