Very relaxed, pretty much got the job after a few questions. Having a mutual friend working there seemed to help the process of getting accepted. They seemed to have needed employees at the time and I had all the time available that they were looking for. I was most likely in the right place at the right time. Incoming clients who wish to be potential employees have seemed to have a harder time being accepted in.
