I had a phone interview and an in person interview before being asked to schedule a virtual interview with the area director. Interviews were pretty straight forward but the third interview was never scheduled, after responding to two emails and then reaching out again with my availability I received a form letter that I was no longer in consideration.

1. Phone Screen 2. Meet with GM 3. Meet with Market Leader 4. Meet with Regional Market Leader Interview overall was really easy and if the GM likes you then they will coach you to get the job. After the GM interview the rest is getting to you know and if they like you as a person.

Entretien
Very simple and mostly straightforward questions more designed to see if personality traits match theirs. They were mostly looking for the “perfect” person and were in no rush to find them. Gave the impression that the job was very easy.
