J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Container Store (Walnut, CA) en mai 2013
Entretien
A few days after sending an application for the above position I got an email asking when I would be available to speak on the phone. About a week later I had a phone interview. The questions weren't too difficult. It was more of a get to know type interview. At the end of the conversation I was invited to attend a group interview. I was asked to bring in a photo of a Container Store product to discuss during the interview. There were four other people at the group interview. We each introduced ourselves and spoke about the product we selected. Afterwards we viewed a video about the history of the store. After that the two managers who conducted the interview had us arrange some products on shelves and that was it. I was surprised to receive a form email a few days later saying they didn't have any positions for me. The form email didn't even mention either the phone interview of group interview. It simply thanked me for submitting an application. I have since heard that this store prefers to hire women. That's probably not legal but there's not much you can do about it, so good luck if you are a guy.

It was a 3 part interview process. The interviewers made it very comfortable. They asked about experience, talked about yourself, and what you could bring to the company. The first interview was a group interview.

I think their interview process is strange. You and ten other people are in a room and have to answer questions and make a presentation on one of their products; it is very competitive; every one is trying to out do the previous candidates and it is uncomfortable.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Not any particularly difficult questions, but making a presentation in front of everyone is a bit off putting.
