You will complete an interview online. If they like you, you will be asked to attend a group interview where they will observe how you interact with others. You will be shown several videos and then asked your impressions. Make your points but also be a team player.

Question 1
Phone interview is a rehash of your online questions. Group interview questions are related to the videos. They are not hard. It's more an observation of how you work with others. Be optimistic, happy and smile. Be considerate of the other interviewees. The most important thing is that you be what is called a 1 equals 3 employee. They only hire "great" employees so be that guy. If you are not detail oriented, you will not like this job. Overall, the people are nice and smart. It isn't your typical retail environment.
Begins with a group interview sitting in a circle where you start to learn a little about the character of the company. Creative answers and outside the box thinking are encouraged.

Entretien
Applied online. Next day get a phone call to come in for open interviews the next day. Come in and 2 people interview me. After the 2nd, I was told to wait for a phone call. That generally means you did not get the job. Apparently you have to meet with all the managers and get approval from all of them. Seeing as one sent me out, I guess it was a no.

Entretien
I applied in the beginning of July 2018. Two days later, I received an email for a phone interview. After the phone interview session, I was invited to go to the store and speak with one of the managers. After speaking with the manager, a week later, I found out that I was offered the position and was given a start date based on my schedule at the time.
