Initial communication was handled by a secretary,which went smoothly. The Medical Director was quite cordial. Asked relevant questions. No unexpected questions. She spoke about herself and her family. She was not forthcoming about why the last person decided to leave. The director was reassuring and supportive. The quantitative information about daily productivity was detailed but the quotas were not exactly what I was accustomed to producing in my current work environment over the past few years.
