Interviewed with Bill (unable to understand last name) and he was nice. Interview lasted less then 5 minutes. Asked only if I have done sales even though there are other aspects of the job description, He only asked if I have managed people then went into this is a sales only position (instead this is a management position that works in obtaining sales goals.)
This is the actual posted Job information below:

Not once in here does it mention that this is a sale person job but a management job that overseas and sets then manages the sales goals and overseas the region.
After 5 minutes he stated that since I was not the sales person with my company (even though I oversea over 500 people) and have done sales in the past that this was a interview stopper.
Bill was nice but I'm not sure he knew what the position I was applying for was,
Sorry you had a negative experience with Bill. Bill is actually a 3rd party recruiter and not part of The Connor Group. If you are still interested in exploring opportunities with us, please email me your resume at cjemo@connorgroup.com Thanks,

Feels like this job is ALWAYS up. I've seen it for almost a year. Are they really hiring for it? I interviewed with the recruiter and it was a 30 minute phone call that covered basic questions. When it was my turn to ask some basic questions, the recruiter was very vague in their answers. Either they didn't know or didn't want to spend time answering questions for a job they aren't really hiring for.

Misleading ad posted under Retail for a Regional Vice President. Received a call from a recruiter. Thought it was odd to learn that it was for managing apartments. Was told that one had to start at the bottom and work their way up for 2 years to achieve this title for which the job was posted under. After talking to recruiter was told I would hear back by the next day if the company was interested. I noticed that both the recruiter and a VP had looked at my LinkedIn profile. Finally late in the day on day 2, the recruiter called me back to let me know that because I had listed on my resume jobs over 5 years ago, that I was being penalized for that. I chose to list them to show the progression of my career, as retail changes, especially the types of retailers I worked for. If they had bothered to ask me about that, then I could have explained it.
