I was reached out to via Indeed and via phone call to set up the interview. I was subsequently ghosted by my recruiter even after sending a follow up email. No further communication from them even after multiple phone calls and voicemails on my end. I would not recommend TCG to anyone looking for the next step in their career if their recruiters cannot follow basic prospect follow up. Its Sales 101 and for a company that boasts on only hiring the best sales professionals, they don't follow the best sales practices.

Entretien
The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

Entretien
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
