I learned about the company on Indeed. I applied for several case manager positions directly through their website before being contacted for an interview. The interview process was pretty straight forward. I was contacted by phone to set up the first interview and then scheduled for the second interview in person following the first interview. I went through two interviews--both with program managers--before being offered a position.

The Interview with program manager was not difficult. The interviewer was pleasant and described the position and duties before asking questions. A tour of the facility was given. The interview was in a relaxed atmosphere
The interview process was harmless. It lasted about an hr but it was due to us engaging in conversation. The interview made me want the job even more since it made the company seem so welcoming.
