I applied online and was scheduled for a 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager. The conversation was very easy and rather informal. However, the job description did not match the requirements they were looking for. I received feedback on the spot which was appreciated, but the whole process could have been avoided if they were more clear on the management level they were seeking in the job description.

Entretien
Interview process was rigorous and thorough with 7 rounds and they move fast if you're a top candidate. Process included recruiter, hiring manager, CHRO (it was interesting they brought in CHRO earlier in the process as opposed to in the end), cross-functional teams, direct reports, and the business unit chief. From 1st interview to offer, it took 2 weeks.
I interviewed with TCB and was met with honesty, transparency and passion during my interview process. The HR department was extremly helpful in answering all of my questions and working with the recruitment team felt more like a partnership than a transaction. This made my decision to join the company much easier for me and my family. I had many interivews during my search for a new role and I really feel like their recruitment team was dilligent and understanding of my challenging schedule. Highly recommend.
