Question 1
Introduce yourself, why applying, what is your biggest accomplishment, what is your biggest failure
I applied in early November and was scheduled for an HR screening in mid-January. Apparently this is the norm for every stage making this whole interview process extremely drawn out. My second round interview was at the end of February, so more than a month and a half later. Luckily the next round ended up being a week later in early March. Then, I didn't hear anything for 2 months after being taken through 3 interviews over the course of 3 months. At the end of April, I reached out and was told they went with another candidate. So between me finding out I didn't get the role and my initial application in early November, this was a 6 month hiring process. I am fairly convinced they would have just ghosted me if I hadn't reached out. Save yourself the trouble and don’t waste the next 6 months of your life. Compared to other much smaller organizations in this field who have more efficient hiring processes, they have a much greater capacity to be more efficient and more equitable but they choose not to be.
