Very relaxed, chatted with an employee for about 15 minutes. Interview questions were run of the mill, with a few questions about your views on world events sprinkled in. Definitely an easy process.

They didn't really go into much detail of what I would be doing and didn't really ask much of me. I think that I should have known from that point that when they gave me an offer on the phone right away that something was a bit sketchy.

Entretien
I was called over the phone and given a short but thorough interview. Unlike most other jobs I've had, I only had one interview and it was very informal. I was interviewed by Isaac, one of the project managers, who answered my many questions and made the interview seem very relaxed.

I was asked about my view on bipartisanship, any event planning experience I had, basic organizational skills, and the standard boarder questions (ie: "what are you most proud of having accomplished in a work setting, what is your biggest weakness, what is your best strength, etc)
