J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Coffee Club (Christchurch, )
Entretien
Applied online via their website
Heard back within a week
Invited to join a group interview with about 20 other people
Recruiters introduced themselves
We were asked to stand one by one and introduce ourselves: Name, where were from, previous job and what duties it entailed (e.g Checkout operator for X years or months and performed customer service duties) and what your favourite hot beverage is. I said white chocolate latte but i dont think it matters its just an icebreaker.
Then we were shown a video about the company WATCH CAREFULLY they pick you out randomly to answer questions - how many stores they have in the world and where, what the company values are, uniform requirements and a few others i cant quite remember.
We were put into a room and called in to be interviewed individually.
They ask you about your experience, if you have any commitments, if you have experience upselling and how you do it, are you willing to perform general mainyenance duties, what are your preffered hours.
Finish and call on the next person to come in.
I heard back within a week and got the job.
First day was training day.
Taught how to use the pos system.
Taught how to serve food and drinks - the logo on the cup must face the customer and the handle to their right, ALWAYS use the tray to carry items including food, grooming standards, how to set the table arrangements and go through opening and closing checklists.

Went in for an interview and then a trial shift. It was my first job but was easy enough. I got the job not soon after and it was pretty easy from there.
