For my experience, the initial step was to apply on-line; afterward a representative from the Human Resource department will contact to schedule a telephone interview. The representative conducting the telephone interview will discuss the highlights of the job and ask several questions. If successful, the follow-up will be a face-to-face panel interview, with three to four representatives, including the hiring manager.
