There was an introductory interview with HR followed by a panel interview with the hiring manager and two more senior stakeholders. The panel interview was quite intense, the participants focused on soft skills, not a single question about hard skills was asked. I had a good impression of the interview. The company took a very long time to make a decision regarding the selected candidate and did not provide any specific feedback.
