Interview was conducted by two area managers. they were very straight forward on the physical nature of the job. They asked question on how you would handle certain situation and that you would be required to assist with other route from time to time. After explaining the company policies and protocol, they wanted you to start that day.

It was relaxed. Very personal. Just going over job experience and tell me about yourself. After that he went over the job in detail. Told me how the day would be.
