so this was rare but HR called, we chatted and then they called me for a final round interview. i would bet money they do the traditional where you talk to HR first, a few internal marketers on the phone before any final....it was in between amazon's leadership princple only interviews and the traditional CPG/case study ones. it was BY FAR the best experience i had in terms of questions and them trying to get to know me vs traditional behavior based or quizzing me for one specific answer even if i know 99% of the things they may care about. i felt it really gave me an opportunity to show them who i was and share my background. my opinion of KO elevated bc of this experience
